What do we do?

As soon as we receive your instructions we will begin the preparation of your HIP and you will then be able to market your property. We will instruct an accredited Energy Assessor who will visit your property to prepare an Energy Performance Certificate.

The report prepared by the Energy Assessor will include details of the date, construction and location of the house and relevant fittings including heating systems, insulation and double glazing. 

You will be asked to provide certain information about the property and this will be included in the pack as well as the legal documentation that we will prepare.   The HIP must contain:-

• Home Information Pack Index
• Energy Performance Certificate
• Sales Statement
• Standard Searches
• Evidence of Title
• Additional information for leasehold properties.
